We had Windshutters install impact accordion hurricane shutters several months ago on all of our windows and sliding doors. The installers did a fantastic job in every way...very professional and with attention to detail, right down to painting each fastener to match the shutters! We had occasion to need them with Tropical Storm/Hurricane Eta, which gave a pretty good blow to Sarasota on Nov.11, 2020. They were SO easy to close and lock and we felt a great sense of security as the storm passed through. When we opened them back up after the storm, one of them was stuck closed. We called Windshutters and they were here THE NEXT DAY and repaired the stubborn shutter. GREAT SERVICE and a great product!
